Mainly used for piston rod seals in hydraulic cylinders of forging hydraulic presses, rubber vulcanizing machines, hydraulic balers, and other hydraulic machinery.
Installation: These seals should have axial clearance. To avoid damaging the sealing lip, do not pull the seal over sharp edges during installation.
Material: XA-1092 is a self-developed nano-modified high-performance polyurethane sealing material, patented under invention patent number 201110257111.7. Compared with other polyurethane materials on the market, its main advantages are improved heat resistance, long anti-aging service time, minimal compression deformation, and long service life. Products with diameters up to 4500mm can be manufactured.
