GBA-type piston rod seals are a further development of lip seals, combining the high elasticity of O-rings with the wear resistance of lip seal materials. This special seal, due to its unique O-ring assembly, is mainly used in travel equipment. The O-ring ensures the pre-compression of the sealing lip under low pressure and vacuum conditions, with the sealing force being largely independent of temperature changes. Even with a certain degree of wear, the necessary compression is maintained, and the lip is loaded by the increase in system pressure. This system pressure is transmitted to the lip through the compression and deformation of the O-ring.

When selecting seals for special diameters, consider using seals with potential cross-sections for sealing pistons, piston rods, air drills, hydraulic cylinders, forging presses, and hydraulic equipment for travel devices.
Installation: These seals should allow for axial clearance. To avoid damaging the sealing lips, do not pull the seal over sharp edges during installation.
Materials: XA-5095 is a self-developed low-temperature polyurethane composite material. The O-ring is made of 70A nitrile rubber.
