Product Description
The GZY-type piston rod seal is a further development of the lip seal. It combines the advantages of highly elastic rubber Y-rings and high-performance polyester elastomers. This special seal combination is particularly suitable for harsh operating conditions in mobile equipment, maintaining sealing performance without change between -50°C and 130°C.
Main advantages:
Insensitive to vibration loads and pressure spikes
Good extrusion resistance
Adaptable to harsh working conditions
Applications:
Working pressure: ≤45 MPa
Operating temperature: -40 to 130°C (peak up to 150°C)
Surface speed: ≤0.6 m/s
Mainly used for sealing plungers, piston rods, hydraulic cylinders, forging presses, and hydraulic equipment for mobile machinery.
Installation: These seals should have axial clearance. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal over sharp edges during installation.
Materials: Nitrile or fluororubber elastomers.
