Product Description

GK type piston bore seals are interchangeable with the sealing grooves of Taiwan Dingji D-1, NOK OSI, and ODI piston bore seals.

Mainly used for piston sealing in heavy-duty mobile machinery and hydrostatic applications, and piston sealing in ordinary hydraulic cylinders.

Installation: These seals should have axial clearance. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal on sharp edges during installation. These seals can usually be installed in closed grooves. Special installation tools may be required when inlet access is restricted. Our company can provide design solutions for such tools upon request.

Material: XA-1095 is a self-developed nano-modified high-performance polyurethane material. Compared to other polyurethane materials currently on the market, its main advantages are improved heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, better aging resistance, low compression set, and long service life.
