The inner-ring thickness spans from 2.97mm to 3.33mm. Sizes NPS ½ to NPS 3 have an inside diameter tolerance of +/- 0.8mm, increasing to +/-1.5mm for larger sizes. 1. The gasket's outside diameter tolerance for sizes NPS ½ to NPS 8 is +/-0.8mm, and +1.5mm to -0.8mm for sizes NPS 10 through NPS 24. 2. The inside diameter tolerance for NPS ½ through NPS 8 is +/-0.4mm, and +/- 0.8mm for NPS 10 to NPS 24. 3. The centering ring's outside diameter tolerance is +/-0.8mm. 4. Note: There are no Class 400 flanges in NPS ½ to NPS 3 (use Class 600), nor Class 900 flanges in NPS ½ to NPS 2 ½ (use Class 1500), and no Class 2500 flanges for NPS 14 and larger. 5. Reiteration: No NPS ½ to NPS 3 Class 400 flanges (use Class 600), NPS ½ to NPS 2 ½ Class 900 flanges (use Class 1500), or NPS 14 and larger Class 2500 flanges are available.
