KDAS type piston bore combination seals consist of three parts: a resilient seal, two support rings, and two guide rings.

Key advantages:

Guiding and sealing functions are achieved by the seal itself within a small space.

Suitable for use with mineral oil, HFA, HFB, and HFC fire-resistant hydraulic oils (temperature 60°C).

Simple seal installation.

Short length, integral piston mounting.

The special geometry of the resilient element prevents twisting in the groove during installation.

Applications: Working pressure: ≤40 MPa; Working temperature: -35~+100°C; Surface velocity: ≤0.5 m/s. These seals are used on dual-acting pistons in press drive cylinders, support cylinders, and working cylinders in industrial and mobile equipment.

Installation: Remove sharp edges and burrs from the seal installation area. Install in the following order: "Elastic element - Retaining ring - Guide ring." Ensure the contact points (gap) of the guide ring and retaining ring are configured in an "intersecting" position.

Materials: High-temperature abrasion-resistant MBR compound with a Shore hardness of 80A, high-strength abrasion-resistant polyurethane rubber, and thermoplastics.
