Product Description
Graphite rings are ring-shaped sealing products molded from flexible graphite tape or braided packing. They are divided into two categories: flexible graphite rings and carbon-graphite rings. They can operate at pressures up to 25 MPa, have an applicable temperature range of -200 to 850ºC, a linear velocity of 30 m/s, and are suitable for media including hot water, high-temperature steam, organic solvents, and cryogenic liquids. They are mainly used for sealing rotating parts in compressors, valves, chemical instruments, and other mechanical applications. Carbon-graphite rings are treated with epoxy resin or silicone impregnation processes, giving them high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
