 The NKS type piston (bore) seal is a specialized piston (bore) seal developed based on the YA type standard shaft and bore dual-purpose seal imported from the former Soviet Union. It was specifically designed for the domestic forging hydraulic machinery and agricultural machinery industries, addressing the requirements for leak-free and long-life hydraulic sealing systems while maintaining the original groove dimensions.

Mainly used for piston bore seals in forging hydraulic presses, rubber vulcanizing machines, and various small-section hydraulic cylinders or pneumatic cylinders.

Installation: This type of seal should have axial clearance. To avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal on sharp edges during installation.

Material: XA-1092 is an independently developed nano-modified high-performance polyurethane sealing material, with invention patent number 201110257111.7. Its main advantages compared to other polyurethane materials on the market are improved heat resistance, good aging and hydrolysis resistance, low compression deformation, and long service life. It can process crystals with a diameter of 2.5 meters.
