Product Description
UNR type piston rod seals are interchangeable and compatible with Walka UNR type groove dimensions.
Main Advantages:
Large cross-section design, suitable for a wide pressure range.
Good water resistance and durability.
Improved to prevent damage caused by back pressure.
Improved to prevent extrusion.
Made from materials with excellent low-temperature resistance.
Also suitable for specially low-temperature hydraulic oil.
Applications:
Working pressure: ≤40 MPa
Operating temperature: -30~100ºC
Surface speed: ≤0.8 m/s
Hardness: 92A ±2
Mainly used for piston rods and plunger seals in hydraulic cylinders for construction machinery, outdoor machinery, and agricultural machinery.
Installation: These seals should have axial clearance. To avoid damage to the sealing lips, do not pull the seal over sharp edges during installation.
Material: XA-2092 is an independently developed nano-modified high-performance polyurethane sealing material with excellent high-temperature resistance and hydrolytic stability, and low compression deformation.
